Carolyne Doyon is a seasoned travel industry executive combining more than 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience in the industry, ranging from airlines to tour operators, both retail and wholesale. In September 2019, Carolyne was named President and CEO of Club Med North America and the Caribbean and joined the Comité de Direction Générale (CDG). Throughout her tenure at Club Med, Carolyne has been a key contributor to the success and profitability of the North America Business Unit.
Carolyne grew up and studied in Canada, holds a double degree in Social Sciences and Tourism. This year, Carolyne was honored as a Top Women in Travel & Hospitality. In 2022, she was featured on a national television documentary named, “Les Ambassadrices”, which portrayed the lives of 12 inspiring French-Canadian women who decided to emigrate abroad to advance their careers. She was appointed “Personality of the Year” in the Canadian travel industry in 2009. Carolyne lives in Miami, Florida, where she enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and their teenage son.
